Join in at the Midwest Multifamily Forum in Chicago. First held in 2013, the conference consistently brings together 400 multifamily executives from across the Midwest and Chicagoland, as well as national multifamily owners, investors and developers active in the Midwest markets.
This year, they look at new challenges and opportunities in the apartment industry across Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio & Wisconsin. In addition, they will look at the burgeoning single family build to rent sector.
The conference addresses road blocks in the real estate capital markets today due to increased interest rates, as well as the impact a recession could have on rents and occupancy. They will also look at ongoing, chronic issues in new development, as well as the hunt for increasingly rare value-add deals that pencil out. They will wrap up the day with an all important Macro Trends panel that looks at the major forces impacting the industry’s performance in the coming years.
