For existing Apartment Investor Pro customers only, you can order a custom design for your website for a one-time fee of $1,850. If you would like to have a custom logo created, you can add that for $350.

How it works
We’ll ask you for details about anything specific you may have in mind (for example, colors you want to include, or examples of sites you really like). This is optional. If you prefer to give us free reign to come up with a design for you that’s fine too. During the process we’ll include a link to some examples of sites you could look through for inspiration.
We’ll work with the existing content on your site. So if you’ve written some custom content, or if you’re using the pre-written content we provided, either way is fine. We’ll just take that and incorporate it into the new design.
Allow roughly 3-4 weeks for us to finish the new design. That will include getting feedback from you and making any revisions you need.
We do have to limit this to 3 customers per month for now to make sure we have time to get the work done in a timely manner. It’s on a first come, first served basis. When the spots fill up, we’ll put a notice on the page and let you put your name on a waiting list.
