Florida Multifamily Summit

This year, the conference addresses the apartment industry across all of Florida, including Southeast Florida, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, as well as other metros and communities across the state.

At this year’s conference they look at the suddenly changed landscape of higher interest rates and high inflation, which–compounded with ongoing supply chain and labor issues–present a challenging environment to get new deals and projects done. And yet, Florida continues to see tailwinds that help propel rent increases and keep occupancy high. They will address new development, value add acquisitions and renovations, debt financing, equity investment, management best practices and emerging technology.
